Thanksgiving Day

I'm thankful for so many things...

Let's start with the GIRLS, two little Sandy's (as Buddy puts it) Yikes!

Juniper Hill Inn Tavern

Finally a great reason to check out the Juniper Hill Inn Tavern for dinner, woot woot!  Celebrating our wedding anniversary (just a few days late).  

Greeted and seated and the evening begins as April throws a log into the fireplace.  Music is next and off she goes.  

It's about 5:30pm and we have the tavern to ourselves, we are told it's slow this time of year, plus it was early.

Next, menu and drinks...

  Prices were higher that expected based on the sample tavern menu, but you know what? It's only money.

Harpoon UFO for Bud, a BenMarco Malbec for me, which was so good, I tried to buy a bottle from April! (Found a great deal online @ the Wine Library).

Barbara checks on us, the dinners were excellent.

Flat Iron Steak & Salad, we both highly recommend.

Joyce (Robert's Mom) joined us for a few moments of conversation, which was very nice.  She explained that Robert & Ari were in NY and that she used to be a ballroom dancer (that's so cool)!

I believe the Juniper Hill Inn will be seeing more of us.
